Plastics Extrusion Company provides precision cores extruded on modern and well maintained extruders. The precision vacuum forming allows cores to meet or exceeding our customers demanding requirements.

In addition to the ability to deliver high tolerance inside diameter, Outside diameter and high tolerance wall thickness. We can also hold precise lengths. This is accomplished through very precise secondary slitting equipment

Plastic Core Tube Parameters:

• Diameters up to 6.0"
• Wall thickness from .050" to 1"
• Precision length +/- .005" up to 29.5"
