Plastic Extrusion Company extrudes of rigid tubing and profiles. We have been satisfying customers for over two decades.

Will we consider extruding rigid and non rigid tubing?

Yes as long as it is not PVC.  We can put the tubing on our reels and be a one stop shop.

What are my options on flexible if not PVC?

Plastic Extrusion Company extrudes from a wide variety of thermoplastic Elastomers, TPE, in addition, HDPE, LDPE and MDPE.  There are other options we will explore with you, challenge us.  We can custom compound material to meet the new European non-halogen fire standards.

Does Plastic Extrusion Company extrude have tooling in a certain range?

Our sweet spot on tubing extrusion is from ½” ID to 5.5” ID.  We do go lower and up to 6.0”. Challenge us to see what we can do for you. Wall thickness is from .030” to solid tubing.

Will Plastic Extrusion Company consider small orders?

Yes, our minimum order requirement is $1,000. If we do not have the tooling, this is additional.

Does Plastic Extrusion Company offer core tubes?

We offer a wide selection of core tubes ranging in size from 1" O.D. to 6" O.D. with wall thickness as needed. Core tubes are normally extruded from Polystyrene or Polyethylene and cut to your specified lengths from 6" to 6 feet or more. A strip of starter tape may also be applied to the length of your core tube if desired.

What is Plastic Extrusion Company tooling capabilities for its pipe and custom extrusions?

What if I require secondary operations, drilling, sonic welding, gluing, pad printing, etc?

We do every one of these services and more, precision slitting, custom packing, to mention a few.

I am now interested in being a customer, what are your lead times?

We did say challenge us. Some guidelines are;

  If we have the tooling, 3 to 5 weeks.

  If we need to make the tooling first we will quote you the lead time on the tooling and then   samples in 3 weeks.
